A channel is one call at the same time. With a 2 channel package, two people can be on outside calls at once. Extensions are separate: you can have 10 extensions sharing 2 channels if your team doesn't all call at the same time.

Yes, a once-off setup fee applies to the unlimited calling packages: R499 for Flash 1 (1 channel), R699 for Flash 2 (2 channels) and R999 for Flash 5 (5 channels). Number porting is free. Web design has a R499 setup fee. There are no hidden costs, and the order form shows every amount before you send it.

A standard 4-page website costs R249 per month plus a once-off R499 setup fee. Each extra page adds R50 per month and R50 to the once-off setup fee. You can order it on its own or together with your phone system.

You fully own your website once you've been on the web design package for 24 months. If the package ends before then, the website remains the property of Flash Telecom.
